Job summary

Uflex Ltd. is seeking a Packaging- Supervisor - Security to oversee the safety and security of the Jammu facility. The role includes supervising security staff, conducting rounds, and enforcing standing orders to protect plant and equipment.

Candidate should be an ex-serviceman withMatric pass and be capable of deploying guards, inspecting logs, and managing gate and vendor security. Location is Jammu, India at SIDCO Complex.

Qualifications

• Matric passed required.
• Ex serviceman preferred.
• Experience in security or guarding of factory premises preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility to ensure safety and security of the factory premises, plant building, machinery, documents, and company property.
• Supervise and manage security personnel during duty.
• Train security personnel in drills and procedures as per standing orders.
• Deploy security guards during shifts.
• Conduct periodic rounds of sentry posts to ensure alertness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility to ensure the safety and security of Factory Premise of Plant Building / Machinery/ documents/or any kind of company property.
• To efficiently supervise and manage the Security Personnel during his duty.
• To train the Security Personnel in all security drills and security procedures laid down in the Standing Orders.
• To deploy Security Guards during his Shift.
• To make periodic ‘Rounds’ of Sentry Posts to check alertness and compliance of Standing Orders.
• Inspect the log of entry and exit of personnel, materials, vehicles and stores at the commencement of his duty and at the end of his duty.
• Be totally accountable for all eventualities during his Shift.
• Checking & verification control of all incoming & outgoing materials / mails practically and with on papers.(Dispatch / Incoming- Material)
• Parking management & overall security of Vehicle / managements.
• Control of Gates / vendors management etc.
