Job summary

Requires 2–4 years' experience in packaging (FMCG/chemical/pharma) and ITI or Diploma (Mechanical/Packaging). The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, quality checks, and coordination with production teams.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Packaging required.
• 2–4 years of packaging operations experience.
• FMCG or Adhesive Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automatic/semi-automatic packaging machines efficiently.
• Ensure correct filling, sealing, labeling, and batch coding as per product specs.
• Conduct in-process quality checks to maintain packaging standards.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth line operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to prevent downtime.
• Maintain daily production and packaging records accurately.
• Follow safety, 5S, and housekeeping procedures in the packaging area.
• Report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or packaging defects to the supervisor.
