Job summary

KJS in Telangana, India is seeking an experienced Packing Machine Operator to operate and monitor VFFS and HFFS packaging equipment in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine operation, packaging quality control, film handling, and troubleshooting.

You will set machine parameters, load films, monitor sealing quality, and maintain production records while following GMP and food safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in packaging machine operation, packaging quality control, film handling, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor VFFS and/or HFFS packaging machines.
• Set machine parameters according to product type, pack size, and packaging requirements.
• Load and change packaging film rolls and adjust film tracking.
• Monitor sealing quality, cutting accuracy, coding, and pack appearance.
• Ensure correct filling, pack weight, and consistent packaging quality.
• Troubleshoot film breakage, sealing defects, misalignment, and machine stoppages.
• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Monitor production output, packaging material consumption, rejection, and wastage.
• Maintain production records and report machine breakdowns.
• Follow GMP, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
