Job summary

Ameliorate Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled packaging technician to operate and maintain MS Pack and China make pillow pack machines in Hyderabad. You will set up equipment and perform product changeovers to meet production requirements.

You will monitor nitrogen flushing for shelf life, troubleshoot sealing and sensing issues, and conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance. You will keep logs and coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams to ensure GMP and safety

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain MS Pack and China make pillow pack packaging machines.
• Set up machines and perform product changeovers as per production requirements.
• Monitor and maintain nitrogen flushing systems to ensure proper package integrity and product shelf life.
• Troubleshoot issues related to sealing, film tracking, sensors, pneumatics, coding systems, and nitrogen purging.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and support breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure packaging quality, seal integrity, coding accuracy, and adherence to production standards.
• Minimize machine downtime, packaging defects, and material wastage.
• Follow GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, and company safety requirements.
• Maintain machine logs, breakdown records, and production reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
