Role Description

The Packaging Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing packaging for wellness products that reflect ReAlign Wellness’s brand values, visual identity, and customer experience. This is full-time, In person role based in Mumbai.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Developing packaging concepts, preparing print-ready files, collaborating with branding and product teams, and ensuring consistency across all packaging materials.
• The role involves working closely with suppliers and manufacturers to align design specifications with production requirements, conducting market and trend research, and iterating designs based on feedback.
• The Packaging Designer will also support visual storytelling for new product launches and contribute to design guidelines that maintain cohesive brand representation across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Atleast 1-2 years of experience in the food packaging industry.
• Strong skills in Packaging Design and Product Design, with experience creating functional, aesthetically aligned packaging for consumer products.
• Proficiency in Branding and Graphic Design to ensure packaging supports overall brand identity and visual consistency.
• Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, accessible, and engaging on-pack communication.
• Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, coreldraw) and preparing print-ready files.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.
• Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and production processes is an advantage.
• Relevant degree or certification in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred, along with a portfolio showcasing packaging and brand design work.
