In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
As a Package Consultant: ServiceNow, this role delivers advisory and implementation services across all ServiceNow capabilities, partnering with clients to translate business and operational needs into effective solutions. This position focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing workflows, with an emphasis on solution delivery and collaboration between business and technical teams.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Solution Design: designing and configuring workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations using out-of-the-box capabilities to meet client needs.
Implementation Leadership: leading implementations from configuration through testing and deployment, ensuring successful project delivery.
Post-Go-Live Support: supporting post-go-live enhancements and upgrades of medium to high complexity, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
Process Improvement: helping organizations maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment through best-practice process improvement and platform configuration.
