Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Package Consultant to design, implement, and support Salesforce CRM solutions with LWC and integration experience. You will guide clients through analysis, configuration, and user adoption, leveraging Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred candidates hold a Master’s Degree and have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce projects with strong business analysis and SDLC discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM solutions, including design, implementation and support with LWC and integration.
• Experience applying Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in system testing, UAT and change management for successful implementations.
• Strong business analysis to derive tailored client solutions.
• Experience managing SDLC in a software delivery context.
• Integration with other systems and Advanced LWC knowledge.
• Familiarity with Waterfall project delivery.

Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Package Consultant, you will specialize in designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions with LWC and integration experience. You will guide clients through the entire process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption, utilizing your expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Design and Implement Solutions: Develop tailored solutions to address clients' business needs by understanding their unique challenges and leveraging Salesforce's extensive offerings.
• Execute System Testing: Conduct system testing, user acceptance, and change management to ensure a successful implementation and long-term user adoption.
• Deliver Client-Facing Support: Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the entire process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption.
• Apply Methodologies: Utilize Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.
• Develop Training Programs: Create training programs to ensure successful user adoption and long-term usage of the implemented solutions.

• Salesforce CRM Solutions Exposure: Experience working with Salesforce CRM solutions, including designing, implementing, and supporting solutions with LWC and integration experience.
• Agile Methodologies Application: Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to apply them to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.
• System Testing Execution: Experience executing system testing, user acceptance, and change management to ensure successful implementation and long-term user adoption.
• Business Analysis Understanding: Exposure to business analysis, with the ability to understand clients' unique challenges and develop tailored solutions to address their business needs.
• Software Development Lifecycle Management: Experience working within a software development lifecycle, with the ability to utilize methodologies to ensure smooth delivery.

• Integration Experience: Exposure to integrating Salesforce CRM solutions with other systems, enhancing the ability to design and implement comprehensive solutions.
• Advanced LWC Knowledge: Experience working with Lightning Web Components (LWC), enabling the development of customized and efficient Salesforce solutions.
