PayU in India is seeking a P2 Associate Manager - Banking Ops to lead relationships with banks and ensure commercial excellence across payment methods including cards, UPI, acquiring, issuing, and net banking.

You will negotiate pricing, maintain a central pricing repository, support real-time loss alerts, and drive process improvements and automation in a fast-paced fintech environment.

• 2+ years in Banking operations role within Aggregators/Wallet players.
• Strong SQL skills required (hands-on).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build rapport with banking partners.

About the Team:The Banking Operations team serves as the critical bridge between our organization and our banking partners. We are responsible for maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions while ensuring optimal commercial terms that benefit both our merchants and our company. Our team manages the entire lifecycle of banking partnerships, from negotiating pricing structures to streamlining operational processes.

About the Role:The P2 Associate Manager - Banking Ops role is integral to our team’s success. As a Senior Analyst, you will be at the forefront of managing our banking relationships while ensuring commercial excellence across all payment methods.

Responsibilities:Manage end to end relationship with all banks Spoc for pricing negotiations and release of MID from banks at merchant level.Should have fair knowledge and experience in merchant acquiring business including but not limited to cards, UPI, Acquiring, issuing, Net Banking.Act as a secondary POC for all Special Pricing Requests/Sales Priority Request & Sales Request Form for activating an account/payment method.Should clearly understand the pricing offered by all our banking partners.Maintain real time central repository for pricing & bankwise commercial.Regulate and smoothen the cost validation process for real-time loss alerts management.Achieve TAT targets consistently.Contribute in process improvements & automation in the best interest for the company.

Requirements:2+years of Banking operations role in Aggregators/Wallet Players (Paytm, Razorpay, Cashfree, Instamojo,Mobikwik etc.)Strong inter/intrapersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with our banking partners.Strong communication skills, oral, written and hands on experience in SQL is must.Strong inter/intrapersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with our banking partners.Should be a team player & willing to enjoy the benefits of team accomplishments or bear the responsibility incase of teams failure.
