Job summary

Edwise International is seeking dynamic Academic Counsellors to guide aspiring students through their overseas education journey. You will counsel on study options, universities, courses and career pathways, ensuring a smooth admission and visa process.

Freshers are welcome. Strong communication, counselling and documentation skills are essential as you coordinate with students, universities and internal teams while maintaining accurate records and supporting participation in education fairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Experience in overseas education, admissions or counselling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and career paths.
• Guide students through admission, application, visa, and scholarship processes.
• Assist with documentation such as SOPs, LORs, resumes, and financial documents.
• Coordinate with students, universities, and internal teams for timely processing.
• Maintain student records and follow up on pending documents and payments.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and student engagement activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with students and partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, universities, courses and career pathways.
• Guide students through the admission, application, visa and scholarship processes.
• Assist with documentation, including SOPs, LORs, resumes and financial documents.
• Advise students on scholarship opportunities, eligibility and application requirements.
• Coordinate with students, universities and internal teams to ensure timely application processing.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow up on pending documents and payments.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars and other student engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and partner institutions.
