The Outreach Worker will operate at the block/village level in the district of Farukh Nagar, Haryana, ensuring the quality implementation of the project and achieving its goals in the respective area. They will mobilize the community and coordinate the project’s execution while providing support to the Programme Manager in overall project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate field activities for effective and impactful project implementation.
- Ensure quality execution of the project through community mobilization.
- Create a list of adolescents within the community.
- Organize awareness events according to the project’s implementation plan.
- Collaborate with the project team to prepare and finalize reports and other required documents.
- Disseminate empowering materials for women and girls and improve their health and nutrition at the field level.
- Assist Block Supervisors in coordinating daily project tasks.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Programme Manager, Regional Manager, or other supervising authorities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate degree required.
- At least 2‑3 years of progressive experience in empowering women and girls and improving their health and nutrition sector.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi.
Salary
The salary for an Outreach Worker ranges between ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience.
Additional Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Completed 12th standard and at least four years of experience in grassroots‑level program implementation.
- Preference given to those with knowledge of smartphone usage and proficiency in Hindi.
- Candidate should be willing to travel across field locations, work under tight deadlines, and immediate joiners are preferred.
