Job summary

Hyatt Regency Pune is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead the assigned outlet in line with Hyatt International standards. You will ensure smooth operations, control costs, and act as a key driver for guest satisfaction while meeting financial targets.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality degree or diploma and at least 2 years in outlet or assistant management in a hotel or large restaurant, with strong leadership and service orientation.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt's standards.
• Manage the outlet as a profitable unit within budget.
• Deliver maximum guest satisfaction and meet owner expectations.

The Outlet Manager is responsible to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit Centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
