Job summary

Langford Staffing seeks experienced Outbound Appointment Setters for US campaigns. You will call company-provided leads with an automatic dialer, present the offer, qualify prospects, handle objections, and move qualified leads to a transfer or appointment.

Responsibilities include achieving targets, recording dispositions, and adhering to scripts. Remote, full-time position with compensation in annual target earnings. Prior dialer experience preferred and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, telesales, lead generation, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Experience qualifying consumers before scheduling an appointment or completing a transfer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience working toward transfer, appointment, conversion, or call targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to remain calm with impatient, skeptical, or difficult consumers.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to adjust your response; accurate CRM and call-disposition habits.
• Willingness to receive coaching and apply feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

The Opportunity

Langford Staffing is recruiting experienced Outbound Appointment Setters for a client operating high-volume consumer outreach campaigns.

You will contact company-provided leads through an automatic dialer, introduce the campaign, ask qualification questions, respond to objections, and move interested consumers to the next step.

For most campaigns, the preferred outcome is an immediate warm or live transfer to a sales representative. You will not complete the final sale.

What You’ll Do

Required Experience

• Three or more years of experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, telesales, lead generation, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Experience qualifying consumers before scheduling an appointment or completing a transfer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.

Experience with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode, or a similar dialer is preferred.

Remote Work Requirements

You must have:

• A computer with at least 16 GB of RAM.
• Dual monitors, including an external monitor of at least 22 inches.
• A wired USB noise-cancelling headset.
• A webcam.
• A quiet workspace suitable for continuous calls.
• Wired internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Backup internet and power arrangements.
• The ability to use a dialer, CRM, and campaign system simultaneously.

You do not need to deliver a perfect script immediately. You must have a strong communication foundation, remain open to coaching, and apply feedback quickly.
