Langford Staffing is recruiting Outbound Sales Consultants for a client operating high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. You will contact company-provided consumer leads through an automatic dialer, identify whether they meet the campaign requirements, respond to questions and objections, and connect qualified consumers with a sales representative.

This role does not complete the final sale. You qualify opportunities and secure an immediate live transfer, with full-time hours during U.S.

Qualificações

• Three or more years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, inside sales, appointment setting, lead generation, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience working with an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience meeting call, transfer, appointment, conversion, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• The ability to remain calm when consumers are skeptical, impatient, or upset.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to adapt during a conversation.
• Accurate CRM, call-note, and disposition habits.
• Openness to coaching, call monitoring, and performance feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

Responsabilidades

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce the company and purpose of the call clearly.
• Ask brief qualification questions.
• Listen carefully and identify what is preventing the consumer from continuing.
• Respond to rejection, suspicion, time concerns, and other objections.
• Explain the potential value of speaking with a sales representative.
• Ask qualified consumers to complete a live transfer.
• Provide a clear introduction when the receiving representative joins.
• Record accurate notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification rules, and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer expectations.

The Opportunity

Langford Staffing is recruiting Outbound Sales Consultants for a client operating high-volume consumer outreach campaigns.

You will contact company-provided consumer leads through an automatic dialer, identify whether they meet the campaign requirements, respond to questions and objections, and connect qualified consumers with a sales representative.

This role does not complete the final sale. Your responsibility is to gain the consumer’s attention, create interest, qualify the opportunity, and secure an immediate live transfer.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce the company and purpose of the call clearly.
• Ask brief qualification questions.
• Listen carefully and identify what is preventing the consumer from continuing.

What We’re Looking For

• Three or more years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, inside sales, appointment setting, lead generation, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience working with an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience meeting call, transfer, appointment, conversion, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Confidence speaking with consumers throughout the workday.
• The ability to remain calm when consumers are skeptical, impatient, or upset.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to adapt during a conversation.
• Accurate CRM, call-note, and disposition habits.
• Openness to coaching, call monitoring, and performance feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

Experience with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode, or similar software is preferred.

Remote Work Requirements

You must have:

• A computer with at least 16 GB of RAM.
• Dual monitors, including an external monitor of at least 22 inches.
• A wired USB noise-cancelling headset.
• A webcam.
• A quiet and professional workspace.
• Wired internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Backup internet and power arrangements.
• The ability to work in a dialer, CRM, and campaign system simultaneously.

Who Will Succeed

The right person is persuasive without being aggressive and persistent without being disrespectful.

You should be able to think during a live conversation, respond to the consumer’s actual concern, and confidently ask them to take the next step.

You do not need a perfect script from the beginning. You must demonstrate strong communication fundamentals, resilience, and the ability to improve quickly through coaching.
