Job summary

Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. seeks an OTM Techno-Functional Consultant with 10+ years of OTM experience and at least two full-cycle implementations.

You will gather requirements, perform gap analyses, and design OTM-based solutions while configuring systems and running pilots. You’ll manage stakeholders and ensure successful delivery, driving customer satisfaction in 3PL/4PL freight contexts.

Qualifications

• OTM functional expertise with 10+ years of experience and 2+ full-cycle implementations.
• Experience leading projects as a Function/Solution Lead.
• 3PL/4PL or freight forwarding domain knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication with business users and stakeholders.

• OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) functional expertise with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience and 2+ full-cycle OTM implementations
• OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) functional expertise with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience and 2+ full-cycle OTM implementations.
• Managed at least three projects as a Function/Solution Lead.
• Relevant industry experience in 3PL/4PL or freight forwarding business is an added advantage.
• Experience interacting with business users, gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, mapping requirements to OTM, solution design, application configuration, and conducting conference room pilots.
• Responsible for the successful delivery of OTM processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Effectively manages stakeholders of customer organizations.
