Job summary

Tetra Pak India is seeking an experienced OTM techno-functional professional to support day-to-day OTM service operations and live-site support through ServiceNow.

You will drive solution design and implementations, handling transport modules and integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA, PI/PO, Project44, FourKites, and Geodis. Collaborative global delivery and continuous improvement are core expectations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in OTM techno-functional roles.
• Hands-on experience in OTM configuration across key transportation modules and master data.
• Strong understanding of OTM transportation planning, execution, visibility, and freight payment processes.
• Experience with system integrations including SAP ECC/S4HANA, PI/PO, Project44 (P44), FourKites and Geodis.
• 3-5 full lifecycle OTM implementations, with at least one Agile/DevOps project.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) service operations to ensure delivery per service definitions.
• Provide live-site support via ServiceNow.
• Demonstrate solutioning capability and knowledge of IT solutions in the transport domain.
• Manage transport functionality scope: order management, planning & execution, freight payments, visibility, event management.
• Set up interfaces between OTM and SAP ECC via PI/PO, Geodis, P44 and FourKites.
• Complete work packages per plans, quality standards, and timelines.
• Address requirements using templates and frameworks; handle project change requests with Agile/Waterfall.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for supporting the day-to-day work of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) service to ensure delivery according to service definition.
• Support the live sites through ServiceNow.
• Bring strong solutioning capability, innovation and detailed knowledge of the IT solutions within the subject area.
• The role covers managing all aspects of transport functionality of OTM: Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Freight Bill & Payments, Supply Chain Visibility and Even Management.
• Setup required interfaces between OTM and SAP ECC via SAP Mid-dleware PI PO, Geodis, P44 and Fourkites.
• Completing and managing work packages in accordance with work plans, quality standards, and timeframes
• Structuring and addressing requirements using Templates & Frame-works as well as generic product functionality
• Work on transport project solution work packages or change requests with Agile or Waterfall Projects.

Profile Description

We believe you have

• Minimum 4 years of experience in OTM techno-functional roles.
• Hands-on experience in OTM configuration across key transportation modules and OTM master data.
• Strong understanding of OTM transportation planning, execution, visibility, and freight payment processes.
• Hands-on experience with system integrations, including SAP ECC/S4HANA, PI/PO, Project44 (P44), FourKites, and Geodis.
• Experience in 3-5 full life cycle OTM implementations, with at least one implementation following Agile or DevOps methodologies.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively support global stakeholders.
