Job summary

ERM Placement Services in Navi Mumbai is seeking an OT Security Manager / Senior Manager with 8-15 years of experience to lead the assurance team and own the security compliance program across IT and OT. You will drive OT/ICS risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and audits, develop site-level assurance documentation, and coordinate internal and external audits with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong leadership to bridge plant operations with the central cyber security

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in IT/OT security domains.
• Bachelor or higher in engineering or computer science.
• Experience coordinating internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Assurance Team.
• Own security assurance process and compliance reporting to central function.
• Plan assurance for IT and OT across functional areas.
• Conduct OT/ICS risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.
• Prepare assurance collateral and site-level documentation.
• Monitor and improve security assurance processes and solutions based on feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement programs for IT and OT.
• Ensure compliance for all projects and act as bridge between cyber and business.

Job Accountabilities

• Managing and Leading the Assurance Team
• Take ownership of security assurance process and compliance reporting to a central compliance function
• Assurance Planning for various functional areas of IT and OT
• OT/ICS Risk Assessment and Vulnerability Assessment
• Preparing Assurance Collaterals
• Monitor the effectiveness of security assurance process and implemented solutions, as well as considering user feedback to improve results.
• Develop and run Continuous Improvement program for IT and OT
• Achieve necessary compliance for all projects.
• Single window for all Cyber security internal compliances and act as a bridge between cyber and business needs.
• SPOC for Internal and external Audit
• Executing the OT security assurance process and maintaining site-specific compliance documentation
• Reporting local security posture and compliance status.
• Planning and conducting security assurance activities for assigned factory and plant functional areas
• Performing hands-on OT/ICS Risk Assessments and Vulnerability Assessments at the field level
• Compiling site-level assurance reports and technical collaterals
• Verifying the performance of implemented security controls and gathering shop-floor feedback for process improvement
• Supporting the Continuous Improvement program for plant-level OT systems
• Ensuring all local projects meet the required cyber security compliance standards
• Serving as the site-level technical bridge between plant operations and the central cyber security function
• Acting as the technical Point of Contact (POC) for internal and external audits at the plant level
