• Hands on expertise on DCS/PLC/SCADA/ HMI/EWS and minimum baseline security standards applicable to ICD system.
• Hands on expertise on secured ICs architectures design and implementation including network segmentation, remote access, and IT/OT convergence.
• Working knowledge and understanding on industrial standards and cybersecurity requirements including IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NIST 800-82, ISO 27001 (audit/assessment).
• Strong knowledge of OT Security Operations cyber resilience, and business continuity planning.

Role Title- IT&Data Cyber Security OT

About the Role

The IT&Data Cyber Security OT Manager is responsible for securing Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA environments, manufacturing systems, and connected industrial assets across Danone's production sites. The role ensures cyber risks impacting manufacturing operations are identified, assessed, and mitigated while supporting compliance with industrial cybersecurity standards and business continuity requirements.

Technical Skills Required

Key Responsibilities

OT Risk Management

• Support OT cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits.
• Identify and remediate cybersecurity risks affecting manufacturing, processing, storage, supply-chain, and third-party risk management.
• Collaborate with Danone CERT on OT-specific cyber incident response and recovery procedures.

Enhance OT Architecture and Security Operations

• Lead the development and execution of the OT cybersecurity architecture and security operations strategy across manufacturing and industrial environments.
• Drive OT threat monitoring, detection, incident response, and cyber resilience programs to protect critical operational assets and ensure business continuity.
• Establish and govern secure industrial network architectures, including segmentation, remote access security, and IT/OT convergence controls aligned with industry standards and organizational risk objectives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Digital, Infrastructure, and SOC teams to integrate cybersecurity requirements into industrial modernization and digital transformation programs.
• Support cybersecurity standards and secure-by-design principles for OT systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory, operational, and business requirements.
• Participate to secure industrial network architectures, including segmentation, remote access security, and IT/OT convergence controls aligned with industry standards and organizational risk objectives.
• Oversee and support OT security assessments, architecture reviews, and risk remediation initiatives to continuously strengthen the security posture of operational environments.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with factory automation teams, plant engineers, infrastructure teams, and external vendors such as system integrators, and cybersecurity partners.
• Promote OT security awareness across operations teams.
