Qualifications

• Support solution engineering, deployment, and transition to operations (TTO).
• Develop SOPs, runbooks, and audit documentation.
• Handle deployment support, hypercare, and operational tickets.
• Ensure network security, availability, and compliance across OT environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth delivery and operations.
