Job summary

Snapdeal is seeking a professional to monitor and manage online reputation across social media, blogs, and review sites. You will track mentions, assess sentiment, and report risks to leadership, while engaging with customers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.

You will prepare regular ORM reports, provide data-driven insights, and support crisis management and competitive analysis. Strong communication and multitasking are essential, with willingness to work in any shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• 1-2 years of experience in online reputation management, social media management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and ORM tools.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work in Any Shift.
