Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to customer queries, comments, and reviews across social media platforms and online channels.
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain the brand's online reputation through effective communication and engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer feedback and escalations.
• Track online reviews, ratings, and customer sentiment.
• Assist in creating reports and insights related to customer feedback and online engagement.
• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Internship experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Community Management, Content Creation, or related fields is preferred.
