Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Order to Cash Operations Associate in Gurugram to support cash application activities, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy across billing and revenue streams.

You will work within the Finance Operations team, collecting data, analyzing discrepancies, and helping optimize working capital while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in cash application and AR processes.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• BCom or equivalent finance degree.
• Experience aligned with Finance Operations in large services companies.

Responsibilities

• Collect operational data reports, analyze and reconcile transactions.
• Optimize working capital with real-time visibility and end-to-end revenue and cash flow management.
• Handle cash applications, unapplied cash, suspense accounts, and posting to the general ledger.
• Receive and deposit customer payments, apply remittances, maintain bad debt reserves, and prepare AR reports.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Optimizing working capital providing real time visibility and end to end management of revenue and cash flow and streamlining billing processes This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry sales order to delivery and invoicing The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers The role requires a good understanding of cash applications the process of applying unapplied cash reconciliation of suspense account in cash application and process them from payment receipt to finalization
• Receive and deposit customer payments, apply cash remittances and credits adjustments, maintain bad debt reserves and allowances, prepare Accounts Receivable reporting, and post and reconcile Accounts Receivable activity to the general ledger. What are we looking for?
