Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an experienced Order to Cash Operations Manager to lead cash application and revenue processes within our Finance Operations team. You will oversee data collection, analysis, and reconciliation to determine financial outcomes and improve working capital.

The ideal candidate has 13–18 years in Order to Cash, a BCom, and the ability to manage large teams, liaise with senior management, and adapt to rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• 13–18 years of experience in Order to Cash/finance operations.
• Bachelor's degree in commerce (BCom) required.
• Experience with cash application, accounts receivable, and reconciliation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Align with Finance Operations to collect data reports, perform analysis, and reconcile transactions.
• Optimize working capital with real-time visibility of revenue and cash flow and streamline billing processes.
• Lead cash application processing, apply remittances, coordinate with customers, and ensure accurate posting to the GL.
• Manage teams and interact with senior management; role may require rotational shifts.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Optimizing working capital providing real time visibility and end to end management of revenue and cash flow and streamlining billing processes This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry sales order to delivery and invoicing The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers The role requires a good understanding of cash applications the process of applying unapplied cash reconciliation of suspense account in cash application and process them from payment receipt to finalization
• Receive and deposit customer payments, apply cash remittances and credits adjustments, maintain bad debt reserves and allowances, prepare Accounts Receivable reporting, and post and reconcile Accounts Receivable activity to the general ledger. What are we looking for?
