Job summary

Accenture is hiring for an Order to Cash Operations Associate in Navi Mumbai. You will join the Finance Operations team, supporting cash applications, reconciliations, and end-to-end order-to-cash processes to help optimize revenue and cash flow for clients.

The role requires a BCom degree with 1–3 years of experience in cash application or O2C. You will work in a dynamic global environment with rotational shifts and opportunities to grow in a leading professional services firm.

Qualifications

• BCom degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Order to Cash.
• Exposure to cash application processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align with Finance Operations to collect data reports and reconcile transactions.
• Optimize working capital and provide real-time visibility into revenue and cash flow.
• Oversee end-to-end process from customer inquiry to delivery and invoicing.
• Handle cash applications, unapplied cash, suspense accounts, and postings to GL.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Optimizing working capital providing real time visibility and end to end management of revenue and cash flow and streamlining billing processes
• This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry sales order to delivery and invoicing The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers The role requires a good understanding of cash applications the process of applying unapplied cash reconciliation of suspense account in cash application and process them from payment receipt to finalization
• Receive and deposit customer payments, apply cash remittances and credits adjustments, maintain bad debt reserves and allowances, prepare Accounts Receivable reporting, and post and reconcile Accounts Receivable activity to the general ledger.
