Job summary

Inspiration Manpower Consultancy in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Order to Cash professional to manage end-to-end O2C operations, including billing, cash application, collections, disputes, deductions, invoicing, and revenue-related processes.

The candidate should have 4–14 years of experience in O2C / Billing / AR / Revenue Management, with strong skills in cash application, collections, disputes, and deductions. Rotational shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• 4-14 years of experience in Order to Cash / Billing / Accounts Receivable / Revenue Management
• Strong experience in Cash Application, Collections, Dispute Management, and Deductions
• Good understanding of billing, invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing teams or operational work efforts
• Ability to work independently and handle complex operational activities

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order to Cash operations.
• Handle billing and invoicing activities accurately and within timelines.
• Manage cash application and payment reconciliation.
• Support collections and accounts receivable activities.
• Handle and resolve customer disputes and deductions.
• Analyze operational data and reconcile financial transactions.
• Identify process gaps and develop effective solutions.
• Work with internal stakeholders and management to achieve team goals.
• Manage small to medium-sized teams and/or work efforts.
• Independently handle moderately complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Ensure process efficiency, accuracy, and timely revenue collection.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
