We embrace digital, use data to make better decisions, and keep learning, including how AI can help us work smarter and serve consumers better.## **Role Scope****Business**Global and market OTC processes across deployment, stabilization and BAU**Process**Order management through billing, receivables, cash application, credit, collections, claims, deductions and disputes**Technology**SAP S/4HANA, SAP FSCM, Salesforce, EDI, eB2B, customer service, trade promotion and analytics platforms**Stakeholders**OTC, Customer Development, Commercial, GBS, Supply Chain, Logistics, Master Data, IT and external partners**Delivery**Localization, testing, cutover, hypercare, controls, service transition, TSA exit and continuous improvement## Key Outcomes Expected· Successful and controlled deployment of OTC capabilities across assigned markets and waves.· Stable post-go-live operations with clear ownership, effective issue resolution and sustainable BAU support.· Consistent global processes with market localization limited to approved legal, fiscal or commercial requirements.· Accurate customer accounting, improved working capital outcomes and effective management of receivables, claims and disputes.· Robust financial controls, audit-ready evidence and clear accountability across the OTC service chain.· Progressive simplification, automation and reduction of manual interventions and recurring incidents. # Key Responsibilities## SAP S/4HANA Deployment and Market Readiness· Lead the OTC workstream across market deployment waves, ensuring alignment with the approved global template and overall program milestones.· Assess and govern localization requirements, distinguish mandatory needs from preferences, and protect fit-to-standard principles.· Coordinate business process validation, configuration review, data readiness, integration testing, user acceptance testing and business sign-off.· Own OTC cutover readiness, including open-item considerations, customer balances, billing continuity, cash application, reconciliation and operational handover.· Maintain a structured view of risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and actions, with clear owners and timely escalation.· Ensure business users, GBS teams and support teams are prepared through training, role clarity, operating procedures and knowledge transfer.## End-to-End OTC Process LeadershipProvide functional leadership and governance across the complete OTC value chain:· Customer and OTC master-data dependencies, including customer account structures, payment terms, credit attributes and reconciliation requirements.· Order capture and order management integration, including order validation, pricing, availability, blocks and downstream financial impact.· Billing and invoicing, including invoice accuracy, credit and debit notes, returns, cancellations and billing exception management.· Accounts receivable accounting, including customer balances, open items, clearing, aging, reconciliation and period-end requirements.· Cash application, including bank and lockbox inputs, automated matching, unapplied cash, exceptions and payment allocation controls.· Credit management, including credit reviews, exposure monitoring, credit limits, risk categories, order blocks and approval governance.· Collections, including strategies, worklists, customer follow-up, promises to pay, escalation and coordination with commercial teams.· Claims, deductions and disputes, including intake, categorization, investigation, approval, settlement, recovery, write-off and closure.· Rebate and settlement processes, including condition-contract dependencies, accrual alignment, credit-note processing and case closure.## Commercial and Customer Development Integration· Partner with Customer Development and Commercial teams to align customer onboarding, pricing, trade investment, rebate, claims and key-account processes with OTC requirements.· Ensure that Salesforce-based customer and claim activities integrate effectively with SAP S/4HANA and SAP FSCM financial processing.· Provide OTC process input to customer-service, CRM, eB2B, distributor and trade-promotion capabilities where they affect invoicing, receivables, deductions or settlement.· Balance customer experience, commercial agility and control requirements when resolving process design or operational issues.· Drive clear ownership across Commercial, OTC and GBS for root-cause resolution of recurring billing errors, deductions and claims.## ## Systems and Integration Leadership· Act as the OTC process authority for SAP S/4HANA and SAP FSCM capabilities covering receivables, credit, collections and disputes.· Govern OTC requirements and end-to-end integration across Salesforce, EDI, eB2B, customer service, trade promotion, banking and reporting platforms.· Ensure interface controls, reconciliation points, monitoring responsibilities and exception-handling procedures are defined and operational.· Work with architecture, integration, data and application teams to resolve cross-system design and production issues.· Manage dependencies with R2R, P2P, Tax, Treasury, Master Data, Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial workstreams. ## Hypercare, Stabilization and BAU Operating Model· Lead post-go-live OTC hypercare, prioritizing customer, operational and control-critical issues.· Establish triage, escalation and decision forums with transparent issue ownership and service performance reporting.· Define the BAU support model across business teams, GBS, IT, AMS providers and implementation partners.· Ensure effective knowledge transfer, support documentation, runbooks, ownership matrices and transition acceptance criteria.· Identify recurring incidents and drive permanent corrective actions rather than repeated tactical fixes.· Build a sustainable TMICC-owned governance model for process, controls, systems and service improvement. ## Controls, Compliance and Risk Management· Embed financial controls throughout customer accounting, billing, receivables, cash application, credit, collections, claims and settlements.· Ensure segregation of duties, approval limits, access requirements and evidence-retention expectations are incorporated into process execution.· Support internal and external audits by maintaining clear process ownership, documentation, reconciliations and remediation tracking.· Ensure OTC impacts on period close, revenue, provisions, bad debt, foreign exchange and customer balance reporting are understood and controlled.· Lead risk assessment and remediation for process gaps, system defects, control failures and operational workarounds. ## Continuous Improvement and Digital Transformation· Create and maintain an OTC improvement roadmap aligned with business priorities and measurable value.· Increase automation in cash application, billing, collections, claims routing, dispute management, reconciliation and reporting.· Use data and process analytics to identify aged exceptions, bottlenecks, leakage, recurring deductions and avoidable manual effort.· Simplify processes and reduce non-standard local practices while preserving mandatory market requirements.· Explore responsible use of AI-assisted insights, workflow and prioritization to improve collections, dispute resolution and operational decision-making.· Track benefits realization and ensure improvements transition into standard operating procedures and controls. ## TSA Exit and Separation Readiness· Support the migration of OTC activities, data, interfaces and services from Unilever transitional arrangements into TMICC-controlled solutions.· Maintain clear exit criteria, dependencies, readiness evidence and contingency plans for critical OTC capabilities.· Ensure continuity of customer invoicing, cash collection, credit decisions, claims processing and financial reporting through transition.· Coordinate with business, technology, service providers and separation teams to close residual risks and ownership gaps. # Leadership and Stakeholder Responsibilities## Strategic and Functional Leadership· Set direction for OTC deployment, stabilization and future-state capability development.· Translate enterprise priorities into a practical process, technology and operating-model roadmap.· Provide clear recommendations and decision support to senior business and technology stakeholders.· Challenge complexity, customization and short-term solutions that create long-term operational risk.## Stakeholder and Partner Management· Build trusted partnerships across OTC, Customer Development, Commercial, Supply Chain, GBS and IT.· Lead cross-functional governance and create alignment on priorities, ownership, decisions and delivery commitments.· Manage relationships with Accenture, AMS providers and other third parties against agreed deliverables, quality and service expectations.· Communicate complex OTC and technology topics in clear business language, with transparent risks and choices.## People and Capability Leadership· Lead, coach and develop direct or matrix team members across process, project and operational activities.· Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, control awareness and continuous improvement.· Develop succession, knowledge and capability plans for critical OTC roles.· Promote inclusive ways of working across functions, cultures and geographies. # Experience and Qualifications## Essential Experience· Extensive experience in business transformation, ERP-enabled business processes or technology-enabled OTC delivery, typically gained through progressively responsible roles.· Deep end-to-end experience in Order to Cash, with strong understanding of both OTC and Commercial process interactions.· Demonstrated delivery experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, deployment, localization, testing, cutover, hypercare or stabilization.· Strong practical knowledge of accounts receivable, cash application, credit management, collections, billing, claims, deductions and disputes.· Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple markets, business units or geographies.· Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, implementation partners, service providers and operational teams.· Experience designing or transitioning into a sustainable BAU support and governance model.· Strong risk, controls and financial-governance orientation.## Preferred Experience· FMCG, consumer goods, food, manufacturing or similarly complex high-volume customer environments.· Customer Development or Commercial process integration, including key accounts, pricing, customer service, trade investment or rebates.· Salesforce CRM and customer claims or case-management exposure.· SAP FSCM Credit Management, Collections Management and Dispute Management.· Carve-out, separation, new-company setup or TSA exit programs.· Global Business Services or shared-service operating models.· EDI, eB2B, distributor management, trade-promotion or customer-service platform integration.· Process mining, workflow automation, analytics or AI-enabled OTC transformation.## Qualifications· Bachelors or Masters in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.· Professional Accounting, SAP or transformation certification is advantageous.· Equivalent relevant experience may be considered where it demonstrates the required depth of functional and leadership capability.**Why join us?**This is a place for people who are passionate about ice cream and are growth obsessed - both for the business and for themselves.
