Magnum Ice Cream Company seeks a senior finance leader to drive governance across supply chain finance, manufacturing accounting and cost management. You will lead R2R, standard costing, inventory valuation and intercompany accounting, ensuring robust reporting and process integrity.
The role requires SAP S/4HANA FI/CO expertise, global/ multi-market experience, and a track record of ERP transformations with cross-functional impact.

CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, MBA Finance or equivalent accounting/finance qualification. Typically 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, with substantial leadership exposure across Supply Chain Finance, manufacturing accounting, product costing and R2R. Strong hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling in an FMCG, consumer‑goods, food, manufacturing or similarly complex environment. Demonstrated experience in ERP transformation or deployment, including process design, testing, cutover, hyper‑care, stabilization and transition to BAU. Experience working with global, multi‑market or shared‑services operating models. Proven ability to lead complex cross‑functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.+1

Influence without authority: Align Finance, Supply Chain, GBS and Technology stakeholders around common outcomes. Drive transformation value: Convert deployment activities into sustainable process, control, automation and operational improvements. Build future capability: Coach teams, strengthen process ownership and establish scalable governance for BAU operations. Exercise sound business judgment: Balance global standards, local requirements, compliance, operational continuity and business value.
