• Design templates or programs to consolidate order entry data automatically.
• Develop programs to input data automatically and streamline workflows, mainly via Excel VBA.
• Follow up projects, summarize processes, and conduct relevant training.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

• Design automation programs to improve daily order entry efficiency and accuracy.
• Engage in data processing, workflow optimization, automation program design, project testing, daily operation maintenance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Design a standard template or program to consolidate order entry data automatically.
• Design program to input data automatically and simplify the process workflow, mainly through Excel Visual Basic.
• Follow up projects and summarize the process and conduct relevant training for OM.
• Responsible for the maintenance and development of existing programs.

• Have some basic programming skills, be familiar with VB/VB.NET/VBA/VBS and so on. Familiar with Java or Python is preferable.
