Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a design automation role to enhance daily order entry efficiency. The position involves creating automation templates and programs, primarily using Excel VBA, for data consolidation and workflow simplification.

The candidate will handle data processing, project follow-ups, and provide training for OM, while maintaining and evolving existing automation tools. 1–2 years’ experience and basic programming skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Basic programming skills with VB/VB.NET/VBA/VBS; Java or Python preferred.
• Strong analytical ability and fast learning.
• 1–2 years of experience.
• Any Graduate.
• Proficient in Python, Bash, VB Script, SQL, and Advanced Excel VBA/Macros.

Responsibilities

• Design a standard template or program to consolidate order entry data automatically.
• Create a program to input data automatically and simplify workflow, mainly via Excel VBA.
• Follow up projects and summarize processes; conduct training for OM.
• Maintain and develop existing programs.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

• Design automation programs to improve daily order entry efficiency and accuracy.
• Engage in data processing, workflow optimization, automation program design, project testing, daily operation maintenance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Design a standard template or program to consolidate order entry data automatically.
• Design program to input data automatically and simplify the process workflow, mainly through Excel Visual Basic.
• Follow up projects and summarize the process and conduct relevant training for OM.
• Responsible for the maintenance and development of existing programs.

Qualification:
