Job summary

Siemens Ltd. in the Smart Infrastructure Division seeks an experienced Order Manager for MV AIS panels (System Domestic).

You will coordinate orders with sales, engineering, factory and customers, review contracts, manage documentation, and ensure on-time delivery and post-dispatch service activities. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in electrical engineering, knowledge of MV systems, and strong CRM, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 8–10 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of medium voltage power distribution and AIS panels.
• CRM development, negotiation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MV AIS Panel orders with sales, engineering, factory and customer.
• Review techno-commercial contracts and submit drawings to customers.
• Obtain drawing approvals from customers and negotiate claims.
• Monitor costs and milestones throughout order execution.
• Coordinate with factory and logistics for order scheduling.
• Coordinate for FAT and dispatch activities with customers.
• Assist post-dispatch service activities with clients.

Role

Order Manager for MV AIS panels (System Domestic).

Main responsibilities

Overall coordination for MV AIS Panel orders with sales, engineering, factory and customer including following Key Responsibilities:

• Techno-commercial contract review
• Coordination with Engineering for submission of Drawings and other engineering documents to customer
• Getting drawing approval from customer
• Claim submission and negotiation with customer
• Cost and overall milestone monitoring throughout the order execution
• Close coordination with Factory and logistic for scheduling of orders
• Coordination with customer for FAT and dispatch related activities
• Coordination for Post dispatch service activities

Candidate should possess

• Good knowledge about medium voltage power distribution system and protection system for AIS panels
• Knowledge of IS/IEC standards applicable for MV systems.
• Should have CRM development skill and negotiation skill.
• Good Communication skill
• Capable to interact independently with client for technical discussions.
• Prior experience in customer handling functions will be added advantage.

Education: B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 8 to 10 Years of Experience
