You will verify export regulations, credit limits, and quotes, ensuring accurate, timely processing across commercial and logistics steps.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Eng, Commerce, or SCM, 5 years in order management, SAP ERP proficiency, and strong MS Office 365

• 5+ years of hands-on order management, order processing, or inside sales in industrial products.
• In-depth SAP ERP knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Teams, Planner, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Handle order processing within the commercial and logistic process for assigned customers.
• Conduct order reviews to verify export regulations, credit limits, and quotes.
• Ensure timely processing of transactions related to invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Manage invoice clarifications and corrections.
• Identify and promote electronic transactions and self-service options with customers.
• Support sales reps through strong customer relationships and focus.
• Handle complaint management: delivery dates, order details, discrepancies.

Your future role.

• As part of our order management team, you will be responsible for order processing within the overall commercial and logistical process for your assigned customers.
• You will conduct order reviews to verify compliance with export regulations, credit limits, and plausibility, and by comparing quotes.
• In your area of responsibility, you will be in charge of performing business-related tasks and ensuring the quality of business operations.
• This includes, among other things, the timely processing of transactions relevant to invoicing, accounts receivable management, as well as invoice clarifications and corrections.
• Identifying and leveraging opportunities for electronic business transactions and existing self-service options with our customers round out your area of responsibility.
• You will support the sales representatives through your strong customer relationships and customer-focused approach.
• Complaint management-such as clarifying delivery dates, order details, and discrepancies in the processing workflow-is also part of your responsibilities.

Your Profile.

• Ideally, you have a Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management.
• You have professional Experience: 5 years of hands-on order management, order processing, or inside sales experience in industrial products (geared motors, industrial gearboxes, electrical motors, or power transmission equipment).
• You have in-depth SAP ERP knowledge
• Your excellent MS Office 365 skills in collaboration tools such as Teams, Planner, OneNote, SharePoint, etc., as well as Word and Excel, round out your profile.
• You are familiar with production and logistics processes in the manufacturing industry.
• In addition, you are characterized by a process-oriented and structured approach to thinking and acting, and you have knowledge of lean management as well as the continuous improvement process (CIP).
• You stand out for your strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as your independent and quality-oriented work style.
• You bring initiative, analytical skills, team spirit, and a strong customer focus to the role.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills round out your profile
