Job summary

New Vision Softcom & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd invites an experienced Oracle Utilities C2M Technical Lead to drive techno-functional leadership across C2M, CC&B and MDM implementations. The role blends hands-on development with architecture and stakeholder collaboration to deliver scalable utility solutions.

You will mentor teams, design architectures, and ensure quality while guiding customers through complex technical decisions. Hybrid Pune-based role with potential travel to regional sites.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of IT experience with strong Oracle Utilities expertise.
• At least 8+ years in Oracle Utilities C2M/CC&B/MDM/OUAF.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities business processes incl. billing, payments, meter management, and customer service.
• Hands-on experience with BO, MO, UI Maps, BPA Scripts, Zones and Portals.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of Oracle Utilities C2M/CC&B/MDM solutions.
• Act as technical SME, driving architecture decisions and solution design.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and guidance to development teams.
• Remain hands-on with configurations, customizations, integrations, troubleshooting, and code development.
• Work with customers and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, workshops, demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle Utilities standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Utilities apps and third-party systems.
• Support estimations, technical planning, and delivery across project lifecycles.

Oracle Utilities C2M Technical Lead (10-15 Years)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities C2M Technical Lead with 10-15 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Oracle Utilities C2M, CC&B, MDM, and OUAF. This is a techno-functional leadership role where the candidate will not only lead and mentor the development team but also remain actively involved in hands-on development, solution design, and complex technical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Utilities C2M/CC&B/MDM solutions.
• Act as the technical SME, driving architecture decisions and solution design.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and guidance to development teams.
• Remain hands-on with development activities, including configurations, customizations, integrations, troubleshooting, and code development.
• Work closely with customers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, workshops, demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle Utilities implementation standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Utilities applications and third-party systems.
• Support project estimations, technical planning, and successful delivery across project lifecycles.

Required Experience & Skills

• 10-15 years of IT experience with at least 8+ years in Oracle Utilities.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities C2M, CC&B, MDM, and OUAF.
• Strong understanding of utility business processes including billing, payments, meter management, credit & collections, customer service, and field activities.
• Hands-on experience with Business Objects (BO), Maintenance Objects (MO), UI Maps, Business Scripts, Service Scripts, BPA Scripts, Zones, Portals, batches, algorithms, and plug-in points.
• Strong technical expertise in Java, J2EE, Groovy, XML, Oracle XAI, Web Services, and integration technologies.
• Proven experience integrating Oracle Utilities applications with third-party systems such as ERP, CRM, GIS, MDM, payment gateways, middleware platforms, and other enterprise applications.
• Experience in solution design, effort estimation, performance tuning, production support, and development best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Travel Requirement

• Willingness to undertake short business trips to customer locations across the Middle East for workshops, solution reviews, project discussions, testing support, and key delivery milestones.
