Job summary

Leadership R Us is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials consultant to translate business needs into functional specs and lead end-to-end implementations across GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.

You will oversee data migration, BI/reporting integration, and provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Oracle Fusion Financials implementations; ideally 2+ full cycles.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management.
• Familiar with Oracle Fusion table structures and BI Publisher/OBIEE reports.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem solving.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.

Role & responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis & Design: Translate business needs into functional specifications, creating functional design documents (FDDs) and mapping requirements to Oracle Fusion functionalities.
• Configuration & Implementation: Configure Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses, Tax) and manage end-to-end implementation lifecycles.
• Testing & Support: Create test scripts, conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP), execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-production support.
• Data Migration & Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to manage data migration (FBDI/ADFDI) and system integrations.
• Training & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive user training materials and system documentation.

Preferred candidate profile- Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementations (ideally 2+ full-cycle implementations).
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) and business processes.
• Technical Familiarity: Understanding of Oracle Fusion table structures, BI Publisher/OBIEE reports, and configuration tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
