Job summary

Infosys is seeking a consultant to work on Subscription Management configurations, including items, pricing, and billing. You will lead customer requirements sessions, design solutions, and drive deployment to deliver client value.

Project experience across multi-BU setups, currency considerations, and renewals is preferred. Proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud and REST/SOAP services will be advantageous as you collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring subscription ecosystems including items, pricing, and billing.
• Proven involvement in at least two Subscription Management projects.
• Understanding of multi-BU, currency setups, and renewals.
• Ability to lead design sessions and drive customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer issues and design innovative solutions for deployment.

• Plan configuration activities, configure product per design, and conduct pilots.
• Present demos, conduct POC workshops, and estimate effort aligned with budgets.

Job description

• Hands-on with configuring Subscription setups such as Items, Pricing, Subscription Profile, Copy Maps, Billing configuration
• Experience in implementing at least two Subscription Management Projects
• Experience in various concepts for Subscription Management such as multi BU, Coverage, Extended Warranties, Entitlements, Amendments, Renewal multi-currency setups.
• Able lead Customer requirement and design sessions and drive solutions based on the outcome of these sessions
• Experience in modifying algorithm for integration between AR, OM and RMCS,
• Experience in building integrations in OIC incorporating design patterns as suitable for the requirement. REST/SOAP Services.
• Exposure to OTBI analysis or BIP reports will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation experience.
• Ability to communicate complex solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers. • One or two industry domain knowledge.
• Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus.
