Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced CPQ Designer & Developer with 5+ years of hands-on Oracle CPQ (Big Machines) expertise, including BML and BMQL. The role blends CPQ design and development, requiring strong product knowledge and the ability to work per project needs.

You will follow SDLC and Agile methodologies, support pre- and post-production activities, and translate requirements into scalable configurations, scripts, and interfaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle CPQ (Big Machines) including BML and BMQL.
• Blend of CPQ design and development experience.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to work as CPQ Designer & Developer as per project needs.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with pre- and post-production support activities.

Responsibilities

• As part of Infosys team, diagnose customer issues and design innovative CPQ solutions for deployment.
• Develop proposals and contribute to solution design based on areas of expertise.
• Plan configuration activities, configure products per design, and conduct pilots.
• Prepare effort estimates and lead small projects to deliver high-value solutions.
• Collaborate with technical leads to design and create required software, including BML/BMLQ, JavaScript, Java, PL/SQL, and interfaces.
• Document technical design decisions and code in design documents and work with Oracle Support Services to resolve issues.
• Develop integrated test scenarios, execute tests, and troubleshoot issues to production rollout.

• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.


• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design


• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines


• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
