Job summary

Jade Global is seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Functional Consultant to lead O2C and Subscription Management initiatives for customers in India. You will drive end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and production support, coordinating with onsite/offshore teams and business stakeholders.

The role requires strong OSS skills, multi-project experience, and the ability to manage incidents within SLAs, with readiness for 2nd shift (IST 3:30 PM–12:30 AM).

Qualifications

• Expert hands-on functional Production Support experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Applications (OSS, AR, RMCS)
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP functionality and process
• Experience in full life cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial implementations or support
• Data migration experience using FBDI, ADFDI
• Strong communication and ability to deliver high-quality outputs
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve integrations and issues

Responsibilities

• Manage production support and enhancement for Cloud ERP Finance applications
• Drive process designs, system solutions, and end-to-end architecture
• Coordinate with onsite/offshore functional leads and teams
• Respond to incidents within agreed SLAs and document resolutions
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders for design, configuration, and testing of O2C enhancements
• Work in 2nd shift IST (3:30 PM – 12:30 AM)

Role: Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Functional Consultant (Order Sales Cloud \"CX\", Oracle Subscription Management )Modules: Oracle Subscription Management (OSS), AR, RMCS (Good To Have) Overall experience of 8 to 11 years in Oracle Cloud ERP Functional O2C (Order to Cash) Consultant.with Strong Subscription Mgmt.(OSS), Experienced in Oracle subscription to AR Flow In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting (Production Support and Enhancement) Cloud ERP Finance Applications.Drives Process designs, system solution, and end to end architecture.Coordinate with Onsite/ offshore functional Lead & Functional Team.Work on incident based on agreed Service Level Agreements.Partners with Customer Business System Analyst(s), business users and stakeholders to be able to complete the design, configuration, and functional test of the O2C module enhancements.

Specific Skills Required
