Job summary

eAppSys Limited in Hyderabad is looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Fusion HCM modules. This client-facing role requires ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver effective HR technology deployments.

Ideal candidates will have experience with HDL/HCM Data Loader, OTBI, BI reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud, plus strong communication skills and a track record of end-to-end

Qualifications

Role overview

We are hiring for multiple roles in Oracle Fusion HCM, including Functional and Techno-Functional Consultants, with 5–7 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on expertise in HCM modules, along with technical skills for techno‑functional roles. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
