Job summary

Datavail in Hyderabad, India, is seeking experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Functional Consultants with end-to-end implementation experience across Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office.

You'll lead multi-year implementation projects, conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and design functional solutions. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with independent leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years – Senior Consultant
• 2-3+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations
• Mandatory implementation experience in: Inventory Management
• Mandatory implementation experience in: Order Management (OM)
• Mandatory implementation experience in: Procurement
• Strong functional knowledge across SCM business processes
• Experience in requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis
• Functional design, configuration, and solutioning
• Experience with SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and deployment
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to independently lead implementation activities
• Experience with Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM migration/transformation
• Process assessment and fit-gap analysis
• Data and process transition experience
• Strong understanding of SCM integrations and cross-module business flows
