Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) seeks an experienced Oracle Risk Management Cloud Functional Consultant with 10+ years in Oracle ERP, GRC, and Oracle Cloud applications. The consultant will lead implementations to strengthen compliance, internal controls, audit readiness, and risk governance for clients.

You will collaborate with Finance, Audit, Compliance, and IT Security teams; conduct requirements workshops; configure AAC, FRC, AFC, TCG, and Access Certification; and integrate Risk Management

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/GRC consulting.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
• Experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SoD, Internal Controls & Compliance, Audit & Risk Management.
• Experience with User Access Governance and Financial Controls Monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Configure and support Oracle Risk Management modules: AAC, FRC, AFC, TCG, Access Certification, and SoD matrices.
• Integrate Oracle Risk Management Cloud with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Collaborate with Finance, Audit, Compliance, and IT Security teams.
• Support UAT, training, deployment, and post-production support.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios.

The consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Risk Management Cloud solutions to help clients strengthen compliance, internal controls, audit readiness, and risk governance.

• Integrate Oracle Risk Management Cloud with Oracle Fusion ERP.

• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Security and Oracle Identity Management.

Education

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Professional certifications in Oracle Cloud/GRC are preferred.
