Job description

Oracle HCM Security Consultant / Oracle Risk Management Cloud

Project Role: Security Delivery Lead. Leads implementation and delivery of Security Services projects leveraging global delivery capability.

Must have skills: Oracle Advanced Access Controls. Good to have: Oracle Advanced HCM Controls. Minimum 7.5 years experience required. 15 years full time education.

• Manage a team of Cloud Security Administrators, ensuring resources, training, and support.
• Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to understand and address security risks and compliance requirements.
• Develop and implement comprehensive incident response plans and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement of the security program through regular audits, assessments, and risk management practices.

• Proficiency in Oracle Security in FIN / HCM / SCM.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP architecture and hands‑on role customization.
• Strong knowledge of RMC modules of AAC, AFC & FRC.
• Solid experience in design discussions, creating design documents, and performing unit testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the team and with Oracle support.
• Proficiency in Segregation of Duties (SOD) and custom role creation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with identity governance processes, role management, and security protocols.
• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing complex systems.
• Detail‑oriented, strong problem‑solving, excellent collaboration and communication skills, proactive, and able to work effectively in team‑oriented environments. Focused on delivering projects on time and to specification.

Additional Information: Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Oracle RMC Certifications are a plus.
