Job summary

TalentRupt Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking an Oracle Redwood Consultant to provide focused functional and technical support for Redwood readiness, assessment, configuration review, testing, migration, and hypercare. The role is full-time and aimed at accelerating Redwood delivery for the Bangalore GCC.

The candidate will strengthen documentation, training, and knowledge transfer for the permanent Oracle support team while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience with hands-on Oracle SCM support or implementation.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion procurement, inventory, supplier management, purchasing, receiving, approvals, or related SCM processes.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, release testing, defect management, migration, deployment readiness, and hypercare.
• Strong documentation, training, stakeholder communication, and issue-analysis skills.
• Ability to work primarily with the Bangalore GCC and deliver quickly, within an ongoing full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Assess Redwood readiness across Oracle Fusion SCM modules, pages, workflows, roles, and user groups.
• Support Redwood migration planning, configuration review, issue triage, remediation, deployment readiness, and hypercare.
• Document change impacts, configuration considerations, user-experience differences, known risks, and support implications.
• Develop and execute SIT, UAT, regression, and release-readiness scripts; maintain defect logs and validation evidence.
• Partner with Oracle SCM, Finance, technical, security, data, and business stakeholders to coordinate testing and issue resolution.
• Support training plans, end-user materials, SOPs, knowledge articles, and structured knowledge transfer to the internal team.
• Troubleshoot user access, page behavior, workflow, reporting, and integration-related issues that arise during Redwood delivery.
• Provide concise status updates, open-item tracking, decision requests, and escalation recommendations.
• Recommend practical rollout sequencing, risk mitigation, cutover, and post-go-live support actions.
• Operate with clear deliverables and accountability, whether within a full-time role or a full-time role.

Position Summary

The Oracle Redwood Consultant will provide focused functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Redwood readiness, assessment, configuration review, testing, migration, and hypercare. The role engaged on a full-time basis and is intended to accelerate Redwood delivery for the Bangalore GCC while strengthening documentation, training, and knowledge transfer for the permanent Oracle support team.

Current planning note:

The role is focused on Redwood, based primarily in Bangalore, and filled on a full-time basis, with up to two positions depending on scope. The role will focus on Redwood migration and hypercare, with work model and final engagement details subject to confirmation with the hiring manager.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct Oracle Redwood implementation, configuration, migration, or support experience.
• Experience with Oracle security, workflows, reporting, integrations, and quarterly release impacts.
• Prior consulting, project-based, GCC, or global Oracle support experience.
