Job summary

Viraaj HR Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced Oracle Planning Cloud specialist to drive configuration for PBCS/EPBCS and FP&A workflows across global clients in a fully remote setting.

You will translate business requirements into technical specs, design planning workflows, and support data migrations with Data Management or FDMEE, while conducting UAT and training for end users.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Planning Cloud products.
• Strong FP&A process understanding and financial modeling skills.
• Experience integrating planning modules with ERP Cloud systems.
• Experience designing and validating planning workflows and rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and setup of Oracle Planning Cloud for finance and FP&A teams.
• Translate requirements into technical specs, design workflows and data integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate models, drivers and scenarios.
• Support data migration and data load using Data Management or FDMEE.
• Coordinate UAT, provide user training and post-go-live support.
• Document configurations and collaborate on enhancements with technical teams.

About The Opportunity

Our team specializes in Oracle Cloud ERP & EPM implementations, helping clients streamline budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation with enterprise-grade precision. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, optimize, and support Oracle Planning modules for global clients - all remotely, with flexibility and impact.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and functional setup of Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) or Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) for finance and FP&A teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, designing planning workflows, business rules, and data integrations.
• Partner with client stakeholders to validate planning models, driver-based assumptions, and scenario forecasting logic.
• Support data migration, dimensional design, and data load process using Oracle Data Management or FDMEE.
• Perform UAT coordination, user training, and post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption and minimal downtime.
• Document configurations, system diagrams, and user manuals; collaborate with technical teams on custom enhancements or integrations.
