Job summary

Teamware Solutions in Bengaluru (India) seeks an experienced Oracle PCM/PCMCS consulting professional to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions, plan delivery, gather requirements, design, develop and deliver PCM/PCMCS implementations.

You will lead a team, mentor juniors, manage stakeholders, and ensure end-to-end delivery, with strong knowledge of Allocation Rules, Cost Pools, and Profitability Modeling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Consulting experience with an EPM background.
• Worked on at least 2 PCM/PCMCS Implementations.
• Good understanding of Allocation Rules, Drivers, Cost Pools, Traceability and Reporting in PCMCS.
• Experience in building Allocation Models and Multi-dimensional Profitability Analysis.
• Good communication skills with respect to understanding requirements and explaining points of view with clarity and confidence.

You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Translate business needs into Technology enabled solutions
• Responsible for planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle PCM/PCMCS solutions
• Provide functional knowledge and technical expertise in Allocation Rules, Cost Pools and Profitability Modeling
• Will be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till project closure
• Will be responsible for the complete solution design using Oracle PCM/PCMCS
• Lead a team and Mentor / supervise junior team members during the project tenure
• Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders (both internal and external)
• Good understanding of Allocation rules, and Profitability & Cost Management processes
