Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group seeks a senior Hyperion Planning and Budgeting specialist to lead end-to-end HP/E-PBCS implementations. You will guide project teams, design planning models, and ensure data integrity across FP&A processes.

Applicants should have 10+ years in HP/EPM implementations, deep technical know-how, and willingness to travel to GCC countries for project deliveries.

Qualifications

• BTech or MCA required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel long/short term to GCC countries.
• Onsite GCC project experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution build and guide the project team.
• 10+ years of experience in implementation of HP and E/PBCS.
• Excellent technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (application creation, metadata, forms, rules, integration, workflow, security, reports).
• Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes.
• Strong integration knowledge with HP/EPM and other systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.
• Create project documents like Test Scripts, integration configuration documents, manuals, etc.

Job description

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS)


• 6+ successful end to end implementation in HP and E/PBCS


• Lead the solution build and guide the project team


• Excellent Technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting like Application Creation, metadata build, Planning form development, Validation, Business Rules, Integration, workflow and security configuration, reports, backup automation, etc.


• Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process


• Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management


• Create project documents like Test Scripts, Integration configuration documents, Manuals, etc.

BTech or MCA by qualification

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders


• Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.


• Confident and assertive


• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries


• Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
