Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Oracle PBCS/EPBCS consultant to implement and configure Hyperion Planning solutions. You will build metadata, planning forms, and complex business rules while enabling secure processes and robust reporting.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project support, data integrations via FDMEE/ODI, and thorough documentation. Travel to GCC countries for onsite work is required. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle PBCS/EPBCS and Hyperion Planning.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS).
• Create applications, build metadata, develop planning forms, and configure business rules and validations.
• Configure workflows, security, reporting, and backup automation.
• Support end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Understand and support business processes related to planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain integrations between HP/PBCS, Oracle EPM/Hyperion, and other source and target systems using FDMEE, ODI, and Data Management.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including test scripts, integration configuration documents, technical documents, and user manuals.
• Perform testing and validation to ensure application functionality, data accuracy, and successful integration.
• Collaborate with functional teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Prepare financial spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions and formulas, and create presentations using PowerPoint.
• Communicate technical solutions, project updates, and implementation progress clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings and project activities, including onsite assignments and travel to GCC countries as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle PBCS/EPBCS and Hyperion Planning.
• Minimum 3 end-to-end implementation projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of application configuration, metadata, business rules, planning forms, security, and reporting.
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Hands-on experience with FDMEE, ODI, and Data Management integrations.
• B.Tech./MCA with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to GCC countries; prior onsite experience preferred.
