Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group is seeking a senior Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting lead with 10+ years of experience in HP and E/PBCS implementations. You will drive solution design, lead project teams, and ensure successful end-to-end deployments across GCC countries.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of HP/EPM components, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel as project needs in GCC demand.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS).
• 6+ successful end to end implementation in HP and E/PBCS.
• Lead the solution build and guide the project team.
• Excellent Technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting like Application Creation, metadata build, Planning form development, Validation, Business Rules, Integration, workflow and security configuration, reports, backup automation, etc.
• Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process.
• Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution build and guide the project team.
• Provide technical leadership on HP/EPM Planning and Budgeting components (forms, rules, security, reports).
• Oversee end-to-end HP/E/PBCS implementations and ensure solution alignment with client needs.

• Confident and assertive
• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries
• Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
