Job summary

Disa Consulting Services is seeking an Oracle PBCS Functional Consultant for a remote role. The candidate should have 10+ years in Hyperion Planning and E/PBCS implementations and 8+ end-to-end HP/E-PBCS projects, with strong budgeting, forecasting, and analytics skills.

You will lead project design, requirements gathering, and training, while ensuring quality BRD/SDD artifacts and robust integration with FDMEE/ODI/Data Management. Travel to GCC is expected as required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS).
• 8+ successful end-to-end implementations in HP and E/PBCS.
• Excellent functional knowledge on planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Lead the overall project, solution design & validation and guide the project team.
• Lead the business requirement gathering sessions, solution demonstrations, user training and testing.
• Create BRD, SDD, test scripts and manuals.
• Strong in the technical capabilities of Hyperion Planning and writing/optimizing business rules.
• Strong understanding of integration with EPM/Hyperion using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.
• CA or MBA Finance by qualification.
• Excellent verbal & written communication and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project, solution design & validation and guide the project team.
• Lead business requirement gathering, solution demonstrations, user training and testing.
• Create project documents like BRD, SDD, test scripts and manuals.
• Optimize Hyperion planning business rules and ensure smooth integrations with EPM/Hyperion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders in GCC regions for onsite/remote engagements.

Job Description:

• Confident and assertive


• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries


• Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage


• Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Financial Consolidation and Close, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
