Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of customization services for NetSuite clients.
• Manage clients in pre-sales and post-sale environments.
• Identify customer requirements for NetSuite setup and customization.
• Perform gap analysis of As-Is and To-Be processes.
• Create functional and user documentation.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex system/user issues.
• Administer simple tasks in NetSuite ERP.
• Provide timely support and service to users.

• Responsible for the delivery of customization services for NetSuite clients
• Responsible for managing clients in pre-sales and post-sale environments
• Identify, evaluate and understand customer requirements to help with NetSuite set-up, configuration and customization
• Understand As-Is and To-Be Processes and perform Gap Analysis
• Create functional and user documentations
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex system/user issues and coordinate issue resolution across users, technical team, and vendors as needed
• Perform simple administrative tasks in NetSuite ERP, like roles and permissions, suite- flow, etc
• Ensure users are provided professional, courteous and timely support and service

Requirements

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience as Functional Consultant on NetSuite
• Experienced on NetSuite for more than 4 years
• Conversant with all modules of NetSuite ERP
• At least 2 years of full-cycle experience in ERP Implementation (preferably NetSuite) as a functional consultant
