Job summary

Copeland in Pune, India is seeking an Oracle IT Analyst Lead to provide Oracle EBS R12 SCM (SCM-PO) solutions and lead a global IT team. You will implement, configure, test, and support Oracle Projects, and coordinate migrations with cross-functional IT groups.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 15-20 years of experience, including 5+ years in leadership. Strong English communication and presentation skills are essential for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 15-20 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 SCM Modules and Oracle Procurement Cloud is required.
• Understanding of Business Purchase functionalities.
• Understanding Oracle SQL will be an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on a team.

• Lead the Oracle Support team globally and interact with business.
• Support Oracle Applications EBS R12 system (SCM-PO Module) and perform enhancements as needed by business.
• Look after Implementation & Development projects.
• Do the configurations and testing during different phases of Oracle Projects.

• Should have exposure to Oracle Cloud environment.
