Job summary

Fortive is seeking an Oracle Integration Specialist for Bengaluru (Hybrid) to design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, including HDL templates and Fast Formulas, and to collaborate with HR business teams.

You will own end-to-end interface developments, provide production support, diagnose issues, and drive improvements with third-party payroll providers such as ADP. A strong background in REST/SOAP and core HCM modules is required.

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM integration experience.
• Bachelor's degree with at least 6+ years of technology or industry experience.
• Proficient in designing and implementing detailed HCM Extracts for integration purposes.
• Experienced in developing and configuring HDL templates for bulk data imports.
• Skilled in writing and customizing Fast Formulas for complex business logic.
• Proficient in using REST and SOAP web services for HCM Cloud integrations.
• Experience with ADP Global View/Celergo and other payroll/benefit vendors.

This includes integrating external systems with Oracle HCM Cloud, managing data exchanges, and ensuring seamless connectivity between systems.* Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing integrations with third-party payroll systems such as ADP Global View and ADP Celergo, as well as benefit vendors including Fidelity, BSwift, and UNUM. This includes handling data exchanges, ensuring accuracy, and resolving integration issues.* Strong understanding of HCM Cloud modules necessary to accurately interpret requirements and design effective solutions.
