Job summary

Cerebra is seeking an Oracle Hyperion EPM Consultant in Hyderabad to design, build, and support planning models, Essbase cubes, and ARCS workflows. You will work closely with finance teams to translate requirements into scalable EPM solutions and ensure accuracy, performance, and audit readiness.

The role involves hands-on development of Smart View reports and dashboards, data integration with ODI/FDMEE, and participation in testing cycles and production support.

Qualifications

Role Descriptions

• Act as a functional and technical consultant for Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase.
• Design| develop| and enhance Planning models| Essbase cubes| and business rules.
• Configure and support ARM ARCS including reconciliation workflows| auto-matching| and compliance controls.
• Work closely with finance users to gather requirements and deliver EPM solutions aligned to business needs.
• Develop and maintain Smart View reports| dashboards| and ad-hoc analysis.
• Manage data integrations using FDMEE ODI| including validations and reconciliations.
• Perform application maintenance| performance tuning| and issue resolution.
• Support month-end| quarter-end| and year-end close cycles.
• Participate in testing cycles including unit testing| UAT| and production support.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation.

Essential Skills

The Oracle Hyperion EPM Consultant will be responsible for designing| developing| and supporting Oracle Hyperion EPM solutions with a focus on Planning| Essbase| and ARMARCS. This role involves close collaboration with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient EPM solutions while ensuring accuracy| performance| and audit compliance.

Technical Expertise Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning (Workforce| Capex| Financial Planning).
• Strong working knowledge of Essbase BSO or ASO| outline design| calc scripts| performance tuning.
• Experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) or ARCS including setup| matching rules| and compliance reporting.
• Experience in Financial Close Reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of Smart View| data forms| business rules| and dashboards.
• Experience with Data Integration tools ODI or FDMEE.
• Exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS| FCCS| ARCS) or on-prem Hyperion environments.
• Good understanding of Financial Statements (PL| Balance Sheet| Cash Flow).
• Strong understanding of SDLC| Agile delivery models| and support processes.
